At the heart of the ADES Career Booster Job Fair, the PACE booth served as a space for discussion, career guidance, and exploration for young talent.

The Pan African Consortium of Experts (PACE) participated in the 2026 edition of ADES Career Booster, an event dedicated to career guidance, mentoring, and the professional integration of young people.

Throughout the day, PACE contributed in several ways:

• Active participation in a panel discussion on First Steps Toward Employment

• Career guidance and mentoring sessions

• Hosting an information and networking booth, which provided an opportunity to introduce the Think Tank, its areas of focus, and the opportunities it offers.

Through these activities, PACE supported students, recent graduates, and young professionals, sharing advice, insights, and concrete internship opportunities.

The Think Tank thus reaffirms its commitment to supporting and guiding young people by helping them develop skills that serve their communities.
