An expert in gender monitoring and evaluation, public policy advocacy and training for grassroots organizations, Dr. Ndome has extensive experience in various African countries and in fields such as hygiene, health, sanitation and education.

Gory Ndiaye is a teacher-researcher with a doctorate in public law from UCAD. He teaches at a number of prestigious institutions (USSEIN University; UCAD; Alioune Diop de Bambey; Dakar Bourguiba University), in disciplines ranging from constitutional law to international public law and local authority law.

Mr. Diouf holds a doctorate in Human Geography and is an expert in Territorial Development and Public Governance. He is a Professor of Governance and Local Development at CESAG and the African University of Science and Technology (EMIA).

A statistician and econometrician with over seven years’ experience in teaching data mining, data analysis, econometrics and non-parametric statistics, he has directed a number of academic studies on the problems of economic growth in Senegal, Mali and the Comoros.

Expert in Environment and Sustainable Development, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). He has extensive experience in the fields of autonomous and public sewerage and water resource management, and has worked in Senegal and the sub-region, particularly in the Senegal River Basin with OMVS. He has held several positions of responsibility, including National Director of Water and Sanitation and Managing Director of ONAS.

With a degree in Management and a specialization in Marketing and Sales Management, Dieynaba has over 15 years’ experience in a variety of sectors, including the automotive industry, early childhood projects and sanitation.

He has over 10 years of experience as a freelance accountant. Specializing in computerized accounting, he assists companies and organizations in setting up reliable and efficient systems for optimal accounting and financial management.

A lecturer and researcher, her work focuses on environmental governance, water diplomacy, climate resilience and spatial planning. Her approach incorporates advanced geospatial methods (GIS) and a critical analysis of the power dynamics that shape natural resource management in African contexts.

With a degree in Mathematical Sciences and as an A.I. and Web Developer, Mouhamed has worked on innovative projects in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Web Development, and has designed Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

Surveyor Engineer, Topographer by training specialized́ in Photogrammetry, Geographer and certified drone pilot. Also trained in Civil Engineering, Claude has benefited́ from solid experience in drone piloting, drone data collection processing and analysis.

With a Master’s degree in Decentralization and Local Governance and alumni of the Grande École program at the Centre Africain d ‘Études Superieures en Gestion (CESAG), Myriam has a solid academic background in management and decision sciences.

With a degree in territorial governance and local development specializing in territorial planning and development, Moussa has solid experience in territorial assessment and planning, data collection and analysis, public health, sanitation, and land use planning, acquired through practical experience in Senegalese municipalities during his training.

Trained in philosophy, he has a passion for communication and journalism. His active involvement in associations, communities and civic life has enabled him to contribute to the development of his country and his continent.
